Amount Not Returned

I have Applied for Airtel Broadband Internet Connection at Nizampet Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

They Took Advance From Me saying Installation will be Done Free if Paid 1 Month Rental In Advance.

I have Paid the Amount But Installation Has not BGeen Done, saying there Is no Fesability.

I have Asked them to Return the Money back In June But till date I have Not Recieved any Cheque From them.

When I Complained to Customer Care the Said that their Systems Are Getting Upgraded and will get the Payment soon. I dont Understand When They will Pay, Its Nearly three Months.
