Hi my name is Vijai, I have ordered Canon PIXMA MX426 printer from Rediff shopping online. The order number is" 6629706" and the price of the printer is Rs. 7990/- and shipping cost is Rs. 75/- . To my dismay they delivered Canon PIXMA MP497 which is an older model and there is a huge difference in the price and the specifications of the both the printers. This is absolute cheating. I have called the seller phone numbers, nobody ever answered the call, I e-mailed the sellers about the issue, nobody is cared about my problem. I called rediff shopping, but no response, I e-mailed rediff shopping no response. Guys I have never experienced cheating in my life, this is the first time I was cheated flat. Guys please tell me how to raise a complaint against the sellers and the rediff. I want lodge a complaint at the consumer court, please tell me the procedure, I cannot accept this cheating (money, faith everything is cheating here)
Also how to convey my problem to the newspapers? This is absolute cheating, a 1000 Anna Hazare's cannot do anything about these cheaters.
