Myself Harish Arora and transferred my airtel broadband no. 01294081397 from sector 21D to sector 29 Faridabad. I hardly get the services for not more than 10 days. whenever i complaint, it was been told that the sewerage line work in sector 29 is going on and the the line is been cut-off due to that and the same will be rectified shortly but it is not been rectified and ultimately i mailed that if it not been rectified then to disconnect the services, even though i paid 2 bills. But Airtel get started to generate bills. Here i want to demonstrate the correspondence i have made with Airtel regarding complaints...
HERE IS THE CORRESPONDENCE WITH AIRTEL

I have made lot of corrospondence via mails as placed below and out of that via telephonically which i have not referred for your kind reference. Since i have taken the connection on the present address i only got the interminantly services for some days only and even though i paid the bill only by assurance given by your engineer that this is only a temporary problem due to the line cut-off because of some sewarage work is going on in sector - 29 and will be rectified soon. but it does not happen. So please refund my paid amount but in actual i did not get the services.

I want to state that the services under given subject are not working since
very long time. From last 2 months hardly I got the services for 10 days only
and even those 10 days, gets the services interrupted. I complaint many times
that the dsl service is not functioning and all the times it is been conveyed
by the visiting engineer that there is a fault in the supply line and it will
be rectified shortly and the same been conveyed against compliant given under
service request reference no. 46116504. if ur engineer will not come by
tomorrow i have to take a bigger action

with immediate effect.
