I was outside the country for past one year. My father was using the internet. This year in march he called customer care to change the plan to unlimited. the customer care called him back to inform that the plan has been migrated to Rs 1200 Unlimited. After a month he got a bill of Rs 4050 and when he called the customer care they said they will review the bill and will get back to him. But they never did.
In May the airtel wire which was connecting from the main board to our house was broken by a truck. My dad complained for the same several times and he was told that soon it would be repaired and connection will be put up again. since May to september nobody from airtel came to fix it. Last month an airtel representative came to collect the bill of Rs 7620 and my father told him the problem. He asked to pay the Rs 4050 and assured him that connection will be cut off and he wont have to pay any more bill. He got that confirmation from the customer care also. But today i got one more bill saying RS 9465.
I want to know how the bill is being made when the connection has not been stored since MAY.
I have called customer care several time from a non-airtel number since i don't have any other airtel connection. But i could not talk to any representative even after waiting for half an hour holding my phone.
