Poor Internet Connection Customer Care not Responding

I am facing problem in my 1mbps internet connection provided by Airtel. I have to refresh the page again and again to browse.

Lodged a complaint against this issue and airtel representative visited and found out some fault in router and promised to change the router.

He did not visited again and when i called him he said his location is changed and asked me to lodge a new complain. I lodged a new complain but noone is responding to our call.

Very useless customer care and service. Bound to be with Airtel as we dont have any other service providers in our apartment.

Hope I get Reliance Broadband soon in our apartment.
