Complaint against Airtel Broadband

Dear Sir,

This is to register complaint against airtel broadband. I have been using this connection for more than 2 yrs. The connection was in the name of my friend and a month ago, I had given a request to change this to my name. I also have submitted necessary documents to Airtel for the address proof.

It's been more than a month now and the name transfer never happened so far and the worst part is my connection got deactivated (both broadband and landline) 10 days back by airtel. I have been visiting airtel outlet and also calling cutomer care for reactivation on daily basis. There is no response from airtel so far.

This has been the worst service I ever faced from airtel and I would like to cancel my connection also. I also expect a proper compensation for the inconvininece caused by Aitel. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.
