Airtel is currently fixing there broadband backend software. Due to the issues in their System they have been charging higher download charges.
For two months in a row I have received higher broandband charges with no explanation. They randomly put any downloaded amount in the billing sheet and expect customer to pay the money.
They accept that the billing system is being fixed but allways charge the customer extra.
I request everyone to take proper precaution before using their Services.
