Our account no. for Airtel broadband is 16324400. For the last almost 15 days we are not getting connected to the customer login of the Tamilnad Mercantile bank Ltd. through Airtel broadband. In our other associates' offices where ever they are using BSNL or Asianet broadband services no such issues are faced. We have contacted the Bank authorities and they have also confirmed that this issue is faced with AIRTEL only. We have written them many times including their nodal officer and Corporate office but still the problem is not resolved. On 17th of September one of the Airtel representatives visited our office and told us that the fault is somewhere in the Chennai server and they will come back to us once the same is rectified. Till this day thereafter they have not contacted.
