Delay in refund - 4 months delay

Hello,

I applied for AIRTEL broadband on June month.(Application no: CH1191797)

An AIRTEL guy gave me a reciept and collected Rs.1299 from me saying that connection would be given in 2 days.

After one or two weeks, no reply from AIRTEL. I contacted and they said that my house is in a non-feasible area. So asked me to cancel the application on JULY month.

I cancelled it on July 1st week. They assured me that I would het my money within 15 days.

It is October and I have not got any good response from them.

So, I started to e-mail about my concern from August month, Whenever I send e-mails, they would reply me with a a fresh ticket number.

The ticket numbers I've got are:

2982820

3495012

3656048

3733330

4689012

They would set a dead-line for each and every ticket number. And if I send an e-mail on the dead-line date about that, they don't reply me.

After 2 days, they will ask me to wait for another 1 week and issue me a new ticket number.

I even tried to call to these numbers 04444444121 and 04444444198 about my refund status or about the ticket numbers.

But you know what these people are doing? They will put the line on hold for 10 minutes and I have never got any fruitful reply from them. So I will lose Rs.10 on each call (I've lost more than 70 rupees to get my own money) This made me to stop calling to those numbers.

Please anyone help me to get my money.

Please forward this complaint to anyone in AIRTEL.
