this is deepan from chennai, i spoke to airtel broadband customercare many times to change the mail ID in my profile and send my soft copy to my new mail id, but there is no improvement, they silently cut the call, wat a super service to the customer, only for money, still iam paying everymonth bill without fail, but they are siletly sitting in A/C room, and attend the call for there monthly salary. not for customer compalints, my contact number is 9941140000
