I have a complaint against Airtel Broadband.
Complaint is “ Airtel NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE NEW CONNECTION AND CLEAR MY CHEQUE AFTER 2 MONTHS of my request for new connection and not returned yet”
Brief Description of issue:
I have filled a request to provide me a broadband connection on Customer form number -2593239 on 12 Janafter assurance from their sales executive that service is available in my area.
Later after a week there is no contact from Airtel then I contact the same sales person he informed that it is not possible a connection to me due to technical reasons.
After two month at the March end to complete their target they submitted the cheque. I provided along with the application form for clearance and it was cleared.
Then I contact again the same sales executive he told within 15 day will receive the DD for the refund of amount which was not received yet.
After that I send a mail to [email protected] on 23-03 and on that there are some mail exchange between me and Airtel.
After my mail on April 19 I got call from airtel that within 90 days I will receive my amount refunded but yet I haven’t received my refund.
Recently I request for the update on this issue but as usual no response from Airtel.
Please look into the matter and help me to get my money refund from Airtel.
