I was using Airtel Broadband with 2 MBPS, i was offered a free modem at first month (FEB)
In august '11 the modem got repaired and AIrtel suggested to get it rectified with its service center, but the vendor told he can't as its 5 year old one
Airtel did not respond properly and i got irritated and disconnected the connection
Now after 4 months, a collection executive called me and told to pay outstanding bill (which was charged for unused connection) and i told i will pay later.
Today she was calling my friends and relatives from my old phone records and spoke like a Bitch.. Talking rubbish to my family members ..
Is this the way to behave? I lost my hope with AIRTEL from this moment
My decision to go back to AIRTEL is dropped. I will be happy if AIRTEL can take necessary action against the lady.
