Last 3 months im using airtel broadband connection out of which lot of complaints like internet is not working most of the time because of this i asked them to remove the connection they agreed and they said it will take around 10 days to remove the connection they agreed after some day like after 20 days i checked at the time internet is working and i asked about the status through email, at the time customer care executive told please retain the connection and gave assurance that there will not be problem anymore and after some day im getting below 1 mbps. That problem also recently solved. Now they are charging for those days which they are not removed the connection.
