Disconnection

I am having Airtel Broadband connection in my rented flat and now I am moving to other place.

I have reqested to disconnect the services and but till time service not disconnected and afer following with custmoer care executive, I have been informed that I had confirming to continue the service, But I never said that and no body from Airtel contcted me about This.
