Wrong Billing generation

Hi,

I am Amritesh Pratap.

I had bought a Airtel Broadband connection in Dec. 2011.

My plan was 549/- . In this plan, Airtel marketing agent ensured me that I can browse & surf internet without any cost & i will download anything, it will be free till 3 G.B. After 3 gb, it will be payble according tariff plan.

I used that plan for 1 month. After 1 month, I got a billing summary with 1200/- big amount for that month.

When I talked to airtel customer care, they told me that "Nothing is free in that mentioned plan. All browsing & surfing are paid."

I shocked after listening that. I had cheated by Airtel agent.

Anyway, I complained to airtel customer care in that month (January) that please disconnect my broadband connection. I am not interested to continue your service. But they did not disconnected my services & my bill has generated continue without information.

After 3 month, I received again there call & they informed me that now my billing amount is 4500/- .(This bill was generated without using there connection). Now, they are calling me on daily basis & threat me that if I will not pay there generated amount, they will file a case against me & I will have to pay there amount by-force.

Can anybody help me against them so that I can get justice as soon as possible & nobody could be harassing again by such kind of problem.

Also, please suggest me, what kind of legal action I can take against him??
