I am a customer of Airtel Broadband. My broadband service got disconneted because of payment due. We paid the monthly rental bill on 05-April from Airtel store. Below are the detail of connection & service request complaint number.

Service Request Complaint number : 13964068
After checking found that paid amount was not updated in Airtel's databse.
After that again visited to Airtel outlet from where I paid the bill. Airtel outlet representative gaian provided the all th detail to customer care representative to re activate the servces. Airtel customer represenattive committed that withing 4 hr services will be reactivated. But nothing was done after 4 hrs.
After that i called 5 times to Airtel customer care & everytime they gave the false committment that services will be reactivated after 3-4 hrs which never happened..
Becuase of this irresponsible behaviour from customer care & airtel system, I got so much mental trauma in calling them again & again and explaining the whole thing again & again. Also being in bad health condition, had to visit the Airtel outlet twice to get this resolved. This service disconnection also impacted my so many payments & work which will be big in loss.
Could you please help me sort out this problem with Airtel so that they should understand the value of people's time & stop harrasing the customers like this.
