I had been asked to pay the deposit charges by airtel broadband people in order to process my application or a connection applied under my mother's name, the connection could not be made due to some limitations from their end.this matter is already 2 months old, despite repeated emails to their nodal officers, sunil bharti mittal and their circle officer, i am yet to receive a positive response from their end regarding the refund of my deposit money.plz help
