Hi,

I find it atrocious of Airtel for having billed me Rs. 2, 500 for the service disconnected by me last year itself. I am totally dissatisfied with the wrong billings and charges Airtel has been loading on your customers and most of all, they dont even bother to listen to what the customers have to say.

To recap on the sequence of events:

June - Static IP was activated on our request. We had made a special request not to renew for 2011 without seeking our confirmation

30-Jun - Airtel wrongfully renews static IP and refuses to waive the amount for Airtel had wrongfully renewed the same without our permission. We mail asking Airtel to disconnect Static IP.

19-Sep - Airtel acknowledges its mistake and adjusts Rs. 1654 towards Static IP charges vide bill no.11171162. The amount was refunded only on pro-rata basis and we had to forgo the remaining amount for the mistake committed by Airtel

02-Jun - Airtel has charged us again for a service discontinued in June.

I am frustrated with Airtel. Its billing team is the worst I have seen in my life. They dont seem to be interested in listening to their customers but only want to keep speaking with their points.

I am surprised how such a big organisation can commit such a blunder by charging for a service which was requested to be discontinued 1 year before and also refuse to acknowledge the mistake.
