Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please intemate us the current situation regarding the replacement of static ip
122.176.119.126 with 122.176.35.195 as per our discussion.
Today given Service Request No. 10032596 by nodal officer and told me that the
problem resolve till 9th Jaunuary 2012 but no one reached at our site till the
time.
Please send your technical person on urgent basis regarding the configuration
of static ip 122.176.35.195. Becuase we also need lots of time to configure &
check connectivity with our German based host of Chevrolet.

I doesn't understand that old static ip is free because of we surrender the
plan. Bharti Airtel was bind us to surrender the old plan.
The above issue is raise due to your department, we face lots of problem in our
official work. But you doesn't want to understand our problem & given
assistance. Your company only want to earn for everything. This is not the
way to serve the peoples.
