I applied for Airtel Broadband Connection on 1st July and also made a advance payment of Rs. 1330 for one month to Mr. Raghunath (from airtel) on the same day. Every time I call Mr. Raghunath, he say "I am in training and I can't help you". Today is 26 July and still i didn't got the connection. From customercare helpline I have been told that there is a cable fault from 14 to 20 July, which is two weeks after I applied. Today on calling to customer helpline, they say i will get the call from the back office, so i have to wait. Airtel on their website promises to provide the connection in one week and the airtel employee Mr. Raghunath commitment is to provide the connection in 4-5 days. They must not make false promises. My application no. is 501690. Please take necessary action against such fraud companies.
