I had asked airtel for a new broadband connection and they sent one of their staff, the guy made us fill the form and he took the money and only the next day did they call and tell us that the network is not available in my area. So according to their terms and conditions they are supposed to refund the money in 21 working days, but its been 3 months now i've made atleast 15 complains and even spoke to the managers but all they keep saying is that they will send it in a two days or three days. Finally i've started calling the guy who came and gave the connection his name is Govid, this guy keeps saying that he will give the money today or he is on the way but he still has not come with our refund. The customer service is horrible with airtel and they have tried my patience to the fullest i will be taking this to the police station and then the consumer court. Very unprofessional kind of employees.
