My name is Aashish Maheshwari, an agent named SANJEEV KUMAR from AXIS INDIA CALLING INFOTECH (P) LTD. (an authorized channel partner of bharti airtlel Ltd.) arrived to our house on 31 december and take Rs.1800 from us for airtel broad band connection and when i did't get my connection then till one month i contact to SANJEEV KUMAR but after one month he start using abusive language then we move to AXIS INDIA'S office which is situated in B-2, SECTOR-57, NOIDA01 (U.P.) and we talk to the manager of axis india named Mr. DINESH then we come to know that sanjeev kumaar had left the company then we told to Mr. DINESH that SANJEEV was your employee and you shouls take the responsibility for my money then he told me that he would cunsult SANJEEV and now we are calling to Mr. Dinesh he is not even giving the positive reponse but also not using proper language.
so please help us to sort my problem, in addition to this we have wasted an amount of money for roaming here and there.
