Dear Sir,
I'm continuously trying to get disconnection of my Airtel broadband line with landline no. 011-4363277 since July 21st 2010 but it has not been done till today.
I've received two bills after my disconnection request out of which I've paid one. I'm ready to pay other bill also but only after I got the disconnection to avoid receiving more bills.
I've the mails received from Airtel 121 with the reference nos. to look into the matter, can provide you with details in next step.
An early response is highly appreciated.
