I am Ajay Singh (E-9 1st floor Sec 27 Noida) and I am enjoying airtel broadband connection from last three years but now I am facing too much threats from airtel side from last week I had already register a complaint four times on 01204444121 and complaint ID is 39912608 and 39989376, and I had already talked to Mr. Lalit (Area Incharge of Noida Sec- 27) twice time regarding this problem. The same problem was happened last time but it was taken very lightly from there side. This time I want to change the modem and landline phone to avoid this problem again.
I had already sent this complaint to [email protected] but none of the action taken from there side as I am really fed up from there services.
You are requested to help me out from this and kindly take a course of action as soon as possible.
