Hi.
I changed from BSNL broadband connection to Airtel about 2-3 weeks back. Its is giving very poor service and I want to CANCEL my Airtel broadband connection. I have tried every helpline number, spoken to some dozen persons at the call centres and called the person who actually installed the broadband connection (no response). I an unable to reach anyone and my call is just passed on to new numbers where no one is able to help me.
