Hi
When I try to connect to the internet I get an error message in the browser ADSL link is down (Airtel Broadband - Account # 7005365408).
I have checked the Wi-Fi modem (Binatone) and in that the Power and Wi-Fi line show red and green lights. However there is no signal in the DSL button in the modem.
Yesterday night I tried many times to reach to the Airtel technical team but they never received the call.
Request you to fix this at the earliest.
