25 August - First request for Plan Migration from 1Mbps to 2Mbps with 30GB and for IPTV (Req no: 2886918)
13 September - Got IPTV (its the worst) but no plan migrated to 2Mbps 30GB download (Comp no: 3998684 for plan upgrading)
09 October - Again called the customer care, they'r telling because of IPTV, broadband plan cannot be migrated. (wrote complaints mails to
[email protected] to cancel IPTV and upgrade my plan)
October End - Got 3 calls regarding IPTV cancellation and plan migration. I've confirmed both.
02 November - I dont have internet connection. Called Customer care. They are telling I've placed request for cancellation. so they did it.
I've told them clearly, the cancellation request was not for broadband but for IPTV and had request for broadband plan migration also.
Then started telling the "sorry for inconvenience caused" ready made dialogue and have taken one more request for reactivating net connection.
Req. No: 6594278. They told it'll be activated before 2nd Nov 6:05PM.
Till Now Nothing happened!!!
After that also i've wrote 2 mails to [email protected]...
I dont think something will happen from Airtel's side.
