No reponse of for relocation request from last 12 days

I have been using Airtel from last 4 years. My no is 08041737510 .

Recently I have shifted from Banashankari to Singasandra. So I called Airtel for a relocation request on 22 OCT . They very promptly gave me a service request no and with a promise they it will be done in 72 hours. Next sequence of events made me wonder whether I am staying in Bangalore or some remote location

Till 24th OCT evening there was absolutely no call from Airtel. So finally I called them up and after telling the whole issue they said "they will comeback shortly".

Again till 25th Oct afternoon there was absolutely no call from Airtel. So finally I called them up and after telling the whole issue they said "they will comeback shortly".

On 26th OCT afternoon I called up again. Once customer-care representative told that the connection is not feasible as there is no space in the DC box (not sure what is a DC box). But they never bother to call me and inform about the same. This actually came as a surprise as, in my new apartment (GR Shreenivas phase-2, Singasandra) only Airtel BroadBand is allowed. In fact Airtel people were going door to door distributing pamphlets.

So clearly there is no co-ordination between teams.

So I called again. This time the customer-care representative told that everything is fine. The status is still open and "Feasible" and "they will comeback shortly".

Shocked and Confused I called up again and this time ask them to connect to one of the managers. After keeping me on hold for 15 minutes, One lady came online and repeated the same story saying connection is not feasible. She was rude, harsh and not even bothered if connection remains or not. When I told that Only Airtel connection allowed and this is some mistake, She said she has updated my request and "they will comeback shortly" but this time after 72 hours only.

After this I wrote many times to the Nodal Office and the Appelate office. The response is equally bad. Everytime you mail they just reply with a promise that the issue will be resolved in next 72 hours. From last 12 days there is not even a single call. This can't get worse than this.

On th top of all these they have actually deducted 450 rupess as relocation charges. This is not ethical at all.

So I am still waiting and wondering how the best telephone company in India is harassing customers.

All the best Airtel, do not know how you will survive with the bunch of jokers in the Help Desk.
