We had been getting frequent unwanted calls for installation of AIRTEL BROAD BAND CONNECTION from call center for almost 15-20 days. Finally, we decided to go get one broad band connection in my office at 5/5767, Dev Nagar, New Delhi -110005 (Atul Verma).
Mr. Deepak Rana visited us and got all the documents along with a cheque of Rs.500/= (Cheque number . dated 25/09) on Syndicate bank, dev nagar, new delhi-5 and assured us that the same will be installed on 27/09 or 28/09. But till date, we are calling on the number 8800494782... Mr. Karan / 9899449938.. Mr. Deepak Rana and 9910087754 .. Mr. Rohit. Very interestingly, on the last number mentioned every time we call, a new person picks up and says sorry, we are getting it installed in half an hours time today positively, .
Repeatedly, it has been since 05/10, we are calling them every day from our land line and mobile phone. They donot even bother to pick up the phone, and it goes blank/no reply.
A complaint number 38578768 was registered on 09/10 on their Toll Free Help Line (1-800-103-0121) to one Mr. Kapil at 1525 hours. We were told that dead line date the computer is showing is 13335hours on 12.10.2010
However, we were still contacting the above said numbers, dut till date and 7.22PM we have no result.
I spoke to one Mr. Karan / Mr. Rajat//Mr. Amit and finally Mr. Sahil today and now they say that there is some DP problem. What about the past 21 days.
We request you to kindly look into the matter, as on their assurances, we got our MTNL broad band disconnected from this premises. OUR WORK IS SUFFERING VERY BADLY, AS NOW WE HAVE NO ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENT IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
Looking forward for a very STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE PROVIDERS.
