I had applied for the broadband connection of the Airtel at my place 28C, 2nd Floor, Pocket - I, sec-18 Rohini 110085, New Delhi. The Airtel representatives Brijesh Thakur & Ghanshayam (9873332718, 9717136867) visited my place on 2nd of Jan and collected a cheque amount of Rs. 1500, Form number 2060701 and gave me the receipt.
They Promised me that they will install the broadband connection by 12:00 Hrs next day & activate the broadband by 20:00 Hrs.
I kept waiting unless i gave a call at their costomer support center, only to know that there will be no installation on 3rd jan.
I was earliar using the MTNL broadband connection and was not happy with the support service, Airtel gave me the green picture of their fast & good service, Now I feel " AASMAN SE GIRE TO KHAJOOR MAIN ATTUKKE "
I want to know that what action can be taken to prevent this kind of harrasment & demand compenstation for the time without net connectivity all because of irresponsible airtel sales people?
