I am manorama yadav and my complaint pertains to my fixed line no. 4080682.
i use the broadband service of rs. 250 a month but since i needed an unlimited sevice for a month (17 april to 17 may) i enquired about the availability of such a plan.i was informed in the local office that such a plan was available n i will get an unlimited service for a month for an expense of rs. 750 which would be added in my bill for next month. but the next month the bill i received was of rs. 1464 n when i enquired about the excess amount to be payed i was told that no such plan is available and the confusion was caused by the mistake of an employee in the airtel office.i would have to pay rs. 1464 and not rs. 750 since past few days i have been undertaking several rounds to the airtel pffice but to no use.i wish that this matter be immediately looked into and addressed accordingly.
