Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My name is Thulsi and I live in Domlur area in Bangalore... I had applied for a broadband connection with Airtel and I requested for an urgent request as my work demands me to work from home... I called Airtel and they promised to give me the connection in 4 days and got me to fill the applications and collected Rs.270 as a part of the processing fee..
Please note that i raised a request on 10th July and today being 2nd August, I have not heard back from Airtel... I have called them several times regarding this issue, there seems no response..
I have received 4 escalations from my manager already.. Its causing me a lot of embarrasement to go into office as I have passed my deadline to work from home...
Please help me with this, as its causing too much distress..
