Respected sir,
as i m a customer of airtel broad band, and i want complain about there services
as from last month i have been complaining on there call center about the internet matter but they are not resolving my problem. i have 1 mbps plan for which i pay around 1300 rs per month and what speed they are providing is around 40 to 50 kbps sir look at the difference. and when i start downloading link breaks off. and main purpose is that when i call them ask them to resolve my problem they tell me that they are trasfering my call and put me on hold for 20 25 min for that they are charging 50 ps per min and after that they cut off my call.
so it is my humble request to you is that sir kindly help me to solve the problem.
