I have been with airtel with the number for 3 months in this house and i have been with the number 044-42805056 with stay and gain plan. And i have been informed that i would be charged 881 per month without using phone and i would be deducted with 100Rs from my 3rd month bill and if i am discontinuing the service i can get the remaining money back. And i have been told this from my welcome call and the sales man.after that i have called customer care and i have been given the same answer and i have been told the same by all.now i am in a position to vacate this house and i have checked to continue with the service there is no network in my permanent residence as per the feasibility check.so i cannot move the service there.so in order to cancel the service to know the procedures i called customer care then as per i am not satisfied from the answers i asked for a escalation manager and his name is harish and he told that i cannot get any money back from airtel as remaining one or something.then he asked sorry for the miscommunication.i dont want sorry this is not any relationship to ask sorry its money and you have to stick to your commitments and then why the same wrong info has been communicated through all the way then.i have spoken to the appellate as i cannot reach the nodal as his number always busy for more than 30 minutes and then as per the appellate request (Mahalakshmi) i am sending this mail.she asked me to get a call back request on this issue.please do the needy because i will not surrender the equipment if there is any negative answer because a person in your concern had told me that i can get the remaining amount as a cheque in 45 days to my permanent address.so i want this to be sorted out before i am cancelling you request as on oct 31.i want the active connection still oct 31.i want that to be disconnected on oct 31.i dont want to transfer ownership or this connection to my native where there is no network and i want the option that i have chosen and i have been committed for.and there is an apeallate number where i called in and i cant speak to manish singhai who is the appeallate but i have spoken to an idoit named Arvind who is very rude stated that they will take an legal action if not i am not paying the bill and airtel is not very transparent to the customers and i dont like the fucking dominating answer by the appealate arvind and i want manish singhai the appealate to call me or else i will meet this issue through court.
This is the mail that i have sent to the appeallate and Airtel appeallate is manish singhai and i couldnt speak with him and i have spoken with the person called arvind he is very rude and said that money cant be refunded and then i said i cannot pay the bill then he said that legal action will be taken and he is threatening me stating that he cannot help Bharti Airtel is the second worst service provider next to BSNL.Indians are fooled by the service providers like this
