Poor Technical Services and Charing the Fee

Dear Sirs,

I have a DSL connection from AirTel. Since JAN 9th my connection was not working properly. I have called more than 10 times to the customer care about the probelm and finnaly i get it fixed the line. But they have billed the rental for the days the connection was not working. I try to explain to then to get a discount, but they are not friendly to talk with customers. Also I tried to close my account, but they are not taken it. They keep said that tehy will try to do their best service. Finally on FEB 8th i'm able to get them to close the connection and now they are charging for the 10 days on pro data basis.

I strongly request all, please be careful with airtel.

If you want to cancel the connection, please get the Service request # handy to avoind hidden charges, Their customer care employee's are trained to entertain the cunstomers to keep the connection.

Please do not accept if you have final decision.
