Airtel Broadband Services
Not using services but still receiving bills

Dear sir/mam

we had airtel broadband connection on the name of amit gupta and phone number is 011- 43709484. and our adress where we were using it: m-11 gawri commercial complex 1st floor, GB road delhi 110006.

we had this connection activated six months ago. but we dont know why airtel just stop providing their services at this location. we have already complaint about it on customer care nos. but they did nothing and still keep buzy in sending us bills for the services which was not in use from six or more months so please its a request that please stop sending us bills and refund our bill amount which one of your airtel executive received from our office for this disconecting service that bill no was :- 568609482. bill date was 19/sept . bill amount was 2618.62/-

its a request please do something about it.
