This is with regards to false billing which has been billed to me.
the Customer service has been informed several times on the same but they are not ready to accept my Justification.
I have all the proofs to justify my side.

As per our service request number 41202921, we checked in your account and found that you was in (GPRS Plan Charges Double 3G 675 Data card Plan (Without Voice With SMS)) as per this Bill Plan eligible discount component (3.125 GB 3G GPRS Free, 2p/100KB (After 9.44306GB 100% Free)) as per this component first your usage of 3.125GB free and after that usage was charged as 2P/100KB upto 9.44306GB and as per this condition you got discount and for his extra usage only charged in the Bill, So charges are valid.

I have tried to reach out to the mentioned nodal office. Had no luck on the
same.
Please look to it gets resolved at the earliest.
Its sad to say that i have got a notification for LEGAL NOTICE for the
mentioned issue.

Looks like i have made a mistake... taking up the AIRTEL 3G data card.
