Hi,
I choose airtel for the broadband service, As I got to know from my friends that they provide a very good service. I called customer care services and filled the form for the internet connection. The request has been assigned to some airtel executive and they called me up for the documents that I need to submit over there. They took all the needed documents with them and a cheques of Rs 500. Its been 7-8 days (14.12.2011) that I didnt hear from them, When I used to call for the same they just assure me that the net connection will be provided sooner. Today itself they stopped picking up my phone. I dont know whether india or indians are all of the same nature "Promises will be broken sooner or later". I was very much frustrated with this kind of tolerance. The executive now gives lame reason about his health or so. I dont know where am I heading towards and what will happen to my money.
The executive name is PRAKASH - 9910926910 and her Team-Leader (She cant even talk properly I dont know how you people made her lead a Team) Her Name is Shubhangi Gaur - 9716280913. They stopped picking up my phone.
Can you please take care of this matter or just send me the number of some senior person who can enquire a bit of this issue. Please do this ASAP.
