Hathway Broadband Internet
Net is not working properly

I am Amit Mahajan staying in kothrud Pune. We have an Hathway Broadband Internet copnncetion. But the service is very poor. We have an 8 to 8 conection, but net is rarely working.

And customer care service is very poor... i tried so many times but no way.

And wen i called the customer care person is not taking properly.

From last week the net is not working.
