Nonproper functionong of broadband

Respected Sir,

I am complaining for non proper functioning of my broadband regularly from last one week but no one takes it seriously and every time they told us to do something, we do the same but the condition of the internet is still not good and no one was send to us for attending the complaint. I hope you will take care of this complaint.
