Disconnection of Airtel Broadband

Hello,

Myself, Ram Murti is writing this email to you today because of the harassment caused to me by the Airtel customer care people. I am surprised on the unethical and false promises made by their employees on behalf of India's so called one of the top telecom gaints. After regular follow up on phone calls and even visting their customer care centres in the concerned region i am constantly getting excuses from them.

As we are moving out of the country permanently and we don't need this broadband connection anymore we already requested the Airtel people on 26th of December to disconnect it. We had already cleared all the outstanding dues and inform them to proceed with the disconnection. We agree to give them a period of 7 days to process the same however even after 3 weeks they didn't disconnect it and constantly calling us to transfer this connection to someone else name in the society. Are we supposed to sell this connection to someone else on behalf of Airtel??? This is really frustating and strange as well that we are getting such excused who are comitting themselves on the top for customer service satisfaction. I already visited the Airtel Customer Care office on 5th of Jan to give a written request/application but their employeed refused to accpet the same stating that the concerned person is not there and you need to confirm the same on the phone before coming here.

The most horrible thing is that the number they have given me to confirm is not working now and they are not accepting the application by hand. When i am calling the customer care they are taking the request and assuring us to process the same which unfortunately didn't happened till now. Even i have the reference id for this disconnection request which i made on 26th of this month.

I am trying this forum for the first time to raise such issued coz i believe that today India has reached upto an extent where customers concerns are at top priority and seriously addressed. Kindly suggest what is the right way to resolve this issue??
