Sir/Madam,

Iam a customer of airtel broadband service since 14 months. My transactions with airtel went on fine for the first 6 months after which there was no proper collection center at my place and we were left aloof about where to pay the bills. From then onwards the problem started, people from madurai used to instruct us to pay in some lacation in our native place after the last date. Still march there was no proper franchisee and there was lot many inconvenience in paying the bill. So we decided to cancell the connection, despite our complaints the company keeps on billing us every month even after disconnecting the line, claiming that our line is still alive. They also instructed us to send a cancellation email to [email protected], where within 24 hrs they shall process our request but even after 240 hrs there was no reply from them. Now I had received this month bill also, if i ask about their office whereabouts, they say some wrong address and lame excuses. I want to lodge legal action against the company, please help me.
