Broadband free recharge not happening

Hello Sir,

I have an Airtel One 799 broadband plan for my tel no. 044-42013389. I am supposed to get a 100 rupee free recharge on my mobile 9791169735 every month per the plan. This is however not happening since the last five months.

I have raised about six tickets which your customer service representatives are closing down without investigating or resolving the case, but just to meet their SLAs. If the recharge is happening I expect an SMS every month to that effect. The last such SMS was in Dec and now it is Mar.

Would appreciate you looking into the matter.
