There have been multiple complaints which i have registered with Airtel, complaining about Broadband not working (Please refer to the account notes, whhich i had requested respective customer care agents to document on my account, while calling Customer Service)
Finally last Sunday a gentlemen visited, stating that their is a wiring issue and that he cannot tell me exactly which wire is improperly set within my aprtments premises, to which he responded "THAT AIRTEL DOES NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO TELL ME THAT AND THAT AIRTEL AS A COMPLAINT CANNOT HELP ME IN THIS", when i requested this gentlemen (the field agent's boss) to document this for me on a mail HE REFUSED and said he will not do that.
I requested him multiple times to send that to me writing so that i can take it further with teh complaints team, HE REFUSED.His name is Mr. Manoj and was a Back Office Officer as told by the field agent.
I have failed to get my problem resolved as the usage of my internet services has degraded due to intermittent "connectivity failures", i login after every 12-15 inutes it completely stops, the data link light on my Modem goes out and nothing works.
I have reported this atleast 7-8 time, hope all calls are recorded.
I hereby request AIRTEL to please listen to those calls and please explain me that if i am paying high to get the BEST OF SERVICES FROM THE BEST IN THE MARKET BROADBAND SERVICE COMPANY, am i as a customer should be treated the way i have been.
Request you to please provide me with a documented action on this complaint, post which i will take it further.
P.S - I have spoken to many supervisors, the last thing i expect at this stage is another supervisor calling me with no resolution, please ensure i have someone senior calling with a professional explanation about the situation.
