Sir,
This is to inform you that we had installed the Airtel connection on May since then we are facing a lot of problem. At least 20 times our internet is not worked and also 6/7 times our telephone connection not worked. As on today our phone / internet is not working. We made a complaint on 26th May Complaint No.33134314.
Being an office this has not only been extremely inconvenient for us, we have suffered loss in terms of work time. We have also had to spend a lot of money getting and using alternate broadband connection / Data cards. And another thing is the landline No. s has been given to our clients. Our landline is also not working still now and this is extremely inconvenient for us.
Please check the status and do needful.
