I have taken an Airtel Broadband connection on 20th of June. Firstly the intercom facility was provided in 10 days time and now the wireless connection is not working since 09th July. A complain was lodged on 10th of July having complaint no 34928962 and I am talking to the customer care executives almost twice daily. The call had been on priority since 13th of July but so far the same has not been rectified. I have spoken to many executives including Hussain the floor incharge but everyone wants 24hrs in which they do nothing. Coincidentaly I came across Rakesh who looks after this area but he himself is very frustrated from the organisations working. My mobile number is 9818800544. If such is a case of working in NCR then GOD only knows what would be the status in PAN India.
