Installation not done (poor response and not providing right information)

I am zayan residing in thoraipaakam. have applied for new airtel broadband connection with receipt number 1046848 on 15th august. The salesperson MR PREM said i will get connectionwthin a day. I have already informed that

I need a urgent connection as soon as possible because im doing a project here. I have been calling airtel from past 3 days and no response is there.somebody doesnt pick up phone at all, somebody disconnects the phone, somebody gives no proper information. Just recently i got a message from airtel that we are unable to provide you connection because no coverage in your area.but in my same house my friend has got another airtel broadband connection. How is this possible. They are harrasing me and im wasting my time calling them again and again. This is really frustrating. They promise something and do somehing else. I want the connection urgently otherwise im stuck. PLEASE RESPOND URGENTLY. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE INSTALLATION FEES ALSO.
