I had sent an sms stating that I do not wish to use the e-billing facility that was recently started by Airtel. Inspite of that, I got an e-bill for the month of July. I then called the call center and reconfirmed my decision to use the paper billing system. I recieved the paper bill late and I remitted my check immediately.
Now, I have recieved the August bill with a late fee of RS 75.I think it is unfair that I should be billed for the incompetence of your office/staff. I request you to look into the matter urgently.
