To Airtel,
It's being 2 weeks now that i registered for Airtel broadband for my house from a person who had made frequent visits to my home to have a Airtel broadband connection but as soon as i filled the form, that guy has disappeared and with him my broadband connection too.
Name of this disgraced person is Dinesh Gaur (mobile no - 9811999567) who promised to me that i'll have my broadband in 2-3 days but after 14 days, each time whenever i called him, he said "mere manager se baat karlo, technical fault hai thode dino mein hi lag payega". I live in Seemant vihar, kaushambi, Ghaziabad and my form no is 2484849.
Even talking to customer care was a waste. I had spoken with Sr Executive Mr. Rehman Khan and Floor supervisor Nilesh but of no use. both gave me assurance that i'll be getting a call by technician regarding the issue but i never received any call.
This show how insensitive Airtel is towards its customer and what they best is to frustate and harass the public.
I don't how this forum can help me in getting my problem solved but if anybody listening my problem, please do whatever is required to get my broadband connection else revoking my connection order and filing a case in consumer court will remain the only option to me.
