The Airtel has two customer care numbers 121 and 198. For the past one hour I am trying to contact the Customer Care officer but the line is put on hold always with music after the ring. There is no one to supervise these guys and there is no control on them either, it looks like. And there is no other mode of contact with Airtel to make a complaint about CC officers. The quality of service with airtel is going down.
